The comment(s) below were originally left at Talk:Uli's Famous Sausage/Comments, and are posted here for posterity. Following several discussions in past years, these subpages are now deprecated. The comments may be irrelevant or outdated; if so, please feel free to remove this section.

I seriously question that this article should exist. It is for a small business of limited interest in one city of the USA. In fact it could be claimed to be an advertisement. Other articles for food companies with an even greater impact on cuisine in other parts of the world have been deleted despite having external references on the Web.
