Annual production

What is the source of the information on an annual production of around 330000 cases in total, of which only 36000 (approx. 11%) are under the DOC? Because of 1682,000 litres have actually been published in total for 2020, of which 1166,000 litres (approx. 70%!) are below the DOC. Monte Pelmo (talk) 21:13, 3 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
