SOURCES!!!!!

This information is fine, but give us some sources to evaluate your position. Unless, of course, you were actually there and in that circumstance it should be written as a 1st person account. --posted by User:Jubei44

Please, dear author, check the grammar on this page, it is hard to understand what you are writing --posted by User:218.94.137.229

I've added a {{cleanup}} tag to this article; I also think terms such as "murder" (versus "kill") and "infortunates" [sic] (versus "victims") are POV and ought to be fixed, preferably by the original editor. Unfortunately, I see that the original editor seems to be both anonymous and overly defensive (see edit [1], in which the OE removed a VfD notice, which is worse than rude). Finally, I've initiated another VfD, with the justification that
  1. it would probably be better to start over from scratch than try to retro-source and copyedit this mess, and
  2. the article title "War Crimes in the Pacific" is wrong for at least three reasons anyway: it's miscapitalized; the article subject is particularly Japanese war crimes; and the article subject is particularly World War II Japanese war crimes. --Quuxplusone 04:07, 19 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Redirect[edit]

At the moment I'm inclined to wipe this article and redirect to Japanese war crimes. Grant65 | Talk 22:49, 20 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

See also Japanese war crimes in mainland Asia, which is a similar case.Grant65 | Talk 22:53, 20 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Reworking - NPOV[edit]

I've reworked the article, and flagged everything as needing citations. If none are forthcoming, I'll proceed as Grant65 suggested last year, and merge any salient information to the existing articles. Mtpt 19:04, 6 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

What about American war crimes in the Pacific?

Scrap article?[edit]

This article does not contain any racist or personal attacks but i fell that it should be merged with an article concerning American war crimes in the Pacific. Thank You, Fasttalkerchat 20:59, 10 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
