Flight training at Zahn's in the mid to late 60's.[edit]

My father became a private pilot at Zahn's back in the 66, I was 6 years old and went up with him many times flying around long Island and some flights to upstate New York. A lot of the traffic had moved to the republic field. Flight training was still a busy part of the airport.
