  • The last two sentences of the lead need citations. Refs need to be written out in full. The first ref is apparently broken; it links to a page about an unrelated 1993 collision over Iran. Slight inconsistency: the article says all that was found was "a few charred crates and a partly deflated life raft", while the cited source says it was "some charred plywood and a single briefcase". It would be good to have some more news/book sources to demonstrate the lasting notability of this incident. DoctorKubla (talk) 11:07, 14 October 2013 (UTC)
