Amir Garrett

[edit]

Created/expanded by Muboshgu (talk). Self nominated at 04:03, 10 April 2013 (UTC).

New (created 5 days prior to nom), long enough (1730B), policy compliant, BLP tagged, no copyvios. Hook is interesting, cited and short enough, but I'd recommend altering it to ALT1 ... that college basketball player Amir Garrett can also throw a 96-mile-per-hour (154 km/h) fastball? - being 68th at something isn't particularly special, but being a basketball player who can also hurl a baseball at close to 100mph is pretty cool... Get a QPQ review done and I'd be happy to see this promoted. Yunshui  12:02, 12 April 2013 (UTC)
  • QPQ performed. I think ranking 68th in the country is actually a pretty big accomplishment in its own right, though I'm more a baseball expert than high school basketball. I'm okay with the alt hook anyway. – Muboshgu (talk) 20:58, 12 April 2013 (UTC)
Off it goes, then. Yunshui  21:43, 12 April 2013 (UTC)
