Evdokia Kozhevnikova
- ... that although she never finished her dissertation, the fieldwork of Soviet ethnologist Evdokia Kozhevnikova (pictured) provides a valuable record of the culture and language of the Georgian province of Svaneti? Source: Tuite, Kevin; Mykolenko, Anastasiia. "Dina Kozhevnikova, an Ethnographer, and Poet, in Soviet Svaneti, 1928-1931", p 100–101 (for the failed dissertation), 94–95 (for the value of her research)

- Comment: I have a PDF copy of the above-cited book and can send it over on request. Please, please can we use the image here, it was very kindly provided by her grandson all the way from Georgia and I would hate to see it go unused <3
