Findagrave isn't a reliable source; barring things that are shown in photos, such as "Memorials to him have been placed in ___", it shouldn't be used as a citation. On a less difficult note, you're missing full citations for your offline sources — you put in shortened footnote templates for Birch 2008, Taubman 2003, and Tompson 1995, but you forgot to give the complete citations in a "Bibliography" section.
