Nominated 1 day after creation, and is about 3800 bytes, satisfying date and length criteria. Article is sourced, and I am assuming good faith for the sources I cannot access (for example, the BBC video gives the message "This content not available in your location"). Hook is OK and sourced, though it could be shortened, perhaps as ALT1:
