January 2020[edit]

  1. Basement music: PROD; notified Amirhosein Izadi (talk · contribs) 16:59, 21 January 2020 (UTC)
    • Reason: Created by serial hoaxer. While the book does seem to at least exist, I think this page was created simply to lend credence to the creating editor's other hoaxes, and warrants a WP:TNT. Also, the sources here do not show notability, as all do not appear reliable. Regrettably I don't speak Farsi, so I couldn't find some other sources, if they even exist.
  2. Who Can Tell Sadness: PROD; notified Amirhosein Izadi (talk · contribs) 17:11, 21 January 2020 (UTC)
    • Reason: Created by serial hoaxer. The LAtimes source does not mention the song. The Farsi sources also turned up nothing, but that could also be the machine translation obfuscating things. However, the sourcing follows a pattern of the creating editor's other hoaxes.
  3. Peeris: PROD; notified Amuthanpeeris (talk · contribs) 00:55, 22 January 2020 (UTC)
    • Reason: Unsourced (since 2006!!), tagged with questionable notability, tagged as a hoax, created by a user who has "peeris" in their name. The only article that includes the name is S. A. Peeris, who is Sri Lankan, not Indian. If a closer felt it applicable, they could redirect to that page, but I felt that inappropriate.
  4. Tonekabon Garrison Revolt: PROD; notified Amirhosein Izadi (talk · contribs) 01:06, 22 January 2020 (UTC)
    • Reason: Created by serial hoaxer. They claim to have translated this from [1], but thats clearly untrue; a quick reading of the article in Farsi shows that it is about an entirely different Garrison revolt, where the details have simply been changed. For instance, the Farsi page says the revolt was on July 2, discusses a General Hussein Khazaee that is not covered here, and the narrative, while similar, changes some key points.
  5. Angelique Monet: PROD; notified Angeliquemonet (talk · contribs) 01:14, 22 January 2020 (UTC)
    • Reason: Regardless of whether its a hoax, it certainly fails WP:NCREATIVE, was created by an account with the same name as the subject, and is just promotional.
  6. Mohammed Ali Sardar Afkham: PROD; notified Amirhosein Izadi (talk · contribs) 01:24, 22 January 2020 (UTC)
    • Reason: Created by serial hoaxer. Translated from the Farsi Wikipedia page, but doesn't use any of the same sources. Of the two sources in this article, one is dead and the other doesn't even mention Afkham beyond a half of a sentence. I also fail to see where the infobox data could have come from, as its not in the Farsi article, and the sources here or there don't seem to have it. Furthermore, this article doesn't seem to line up with the Farsi version, the details are off. Based on this user's history, I conclude that they made up the info that wasn't available and passed it off as legit. So, while this person did seem to exist, the circumstances of its creation warrant a WP:TNT.

March 2020[edit]

  1. Esmail Khan Savadkouhi: PROD; notified Amirhosein Izadi (talk · contribs) 06:34, 24 March 2020 (UTC)
    • Reason: Created by serial hoaxer. This article does not line up with the farsi version of the article [2]. Googling the Suadkuh rebellion turned up a whopping 7 google results, 2 of which were this page. The guy may have existed, but certainly not as is described herein. Follows the pattern of the other hoaxes by this editor.

April 2020[edit]

  1. Katimavik Road: PROD; notified Andy Johnston (talk · contribs) 21:52, 23 April 2020 (UTC)
    • Reason: Just an average Ottawa street. Fails WP:GNG. BEFORE showed only routine coverage, and scant at that.
  2. Leitrim Road: PROD; notified JForget (talk · contribs) 21:54, 23 April 2020 (UTC)
    • Reason: Just an average Ottawa street. Fails WP:GNG. BEFORE showed only routine coverage, and scant at that. Unsourced since 2006.

  7. Slater Street: PROD; notified Dl2000 (talk · contribs) 22:21, 23 April 2020 (UTC)
    • Reason: Just an average Ottawa street. Fails WP:GNG. BEFORE showed only routine coverage, and scant at that. I'd hoped that it might be notable from the 1900 Hull–Ottawa fire, but no such luck. I found an article with a single mention, but nothing rising to the level of significant. Unsourced since 2006.
  8. Tremblay Road: PROD; notified Michkazan (talk · contribs) 22:34, 23 April 2020 (UTC)
    • Reason: Just an average Ottawa street. Fails WP:GNG. BEFORE showed little additional coverage. Existing source is okay, but insufficient by itself.

July 2020[edit]

  1. Hawaii Visitors & Convention Bureau: PROD; notified WikiWikiGuide (talk · contribs) 18:28, 13 July 2020 (UTC)
    • Reason: Created by one edit promo editor, unsourced, and a WP:BEFORE turns up just promotional gárbage.

August 2020[edit]

  1. Black Nexxus: PROD; notified Eric Herboso (talk · contribs) 14:12, 20 August 2020 (UTC)
    • Reason: Non-notable stub. Could only find one source that actually discussed this in any depth, and only because a friend of the owner wrote about it [3].

October 2021[edit]

  1. Operation Valiant Strike: PROD; notified PaulinSaudi (talk · contribs) 06:58, 6 October 2021 (UTC)
    • Reason: In hindsight, this limited operation could hardly be described as major or very influential in the war. Not notable.
  2. Buddleja davidii 'SMBDPB' = Merry Magic Orchid: PROD; notified Ptelea (talk · contribs) 21:34, 15 October 2021 (UTC)
    • Reason: Non-notable cultivar, and an improbable redirect title
  3. × Quesmea 'Flame': PROD; notified Bromels (talk · contribs) 21:37, 15 October 2021 (UTC)
    • Reason: Not notable, and no clear place to redirect it to, given that Quesmea doesn't even exist

  3. 1888 Liverpool School Board election: PROD; notified Pat.moloney (talk · contribs) 01:47, 15 February 2022 (UTC)

April 2023[edit]

  1. Morris Mohawk Gaming Group: PROD; notified User258079 (talk · contribs) 02:29, 10 April 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Fails WP:NORG. Just another random company; the sources are mostly promotional and thus not RS.
  2. Taiwan Cinefest: PROD; notified Stevenflynn (talk · contribs) 20:07, 12 April 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Defunct, and doesn't seem to have ever met WP:GNG
  3. Euroleague 2003–04 Top 16 Group G: PROD; notified Bombem (talk · contribs) 22:43, 12 April 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: None of the rest of the groups have articles, and this one doesn't appear independently notable. I'd redirect, but its an improbable search.
