Firmao CRM is a Polish CRM system[1] with ERP functionalities. It is available in the cloud and operating using a web browser. In addition to the browser version, it is also available as a mobile application for Android[2] and iOS[3].

History

The first version of the software launched on the Polish market in 2010.[4]

In 2012, Firmao Polska sp. z o.o. entered a partnership with Vars sp. z o.o. in which Firmao CRM became the first Polish online CRM system integrated with a virtual call centre.[5]

In 2013, the system was adapted for the English and German markets. A year later, the software was presented at Cebit in Hannover.[6]

In 2022, Firmao Polska started cooperation with Buta Group through which Firmao software became available on the Turkish and Azeri markets.[7] In 2023, the system is used by more than 100,000 paid and free users.[8]

Position on the market

According to Buzz Company's market research, in 2022, 7% of Polish B2B companies that use a CRM system to manage their work used Firmao CRM, ranking Firmao 5th among Cloud CRM systems (1st among Cloud CRM systems produced in Poland).[9]

Firmao CRM operates on a SaaS model with subscription payments billed monthly or annually.[10] The system is available in 12 languages: Polish, German, English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Swedish, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic and Japanese.
