Among other things, I am an artist and a teacher.

My art production focuses on drawing, painting, installation art, video installation and video art.

I teach visual arts and art history.

My interests in art history are broad and global. I am particularly interested in contemporary art, African American art, Chinese art, Women artists, and cross-cultural influences in Western art and Asian art.
