Hello, I'm Oshwah. I noticed that in this edit to Judy Garland, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 07:11, 9 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Arado Ar 196. I noticed that you recently removed content from Carl Weiss without adequately explaining why. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. I removed those two citations because neither supports the theory that Carl Weiss did not shoot Huey Long. The Williams quote is especially egregious, and if you bothered to read that chapter you would know that. He specifically says that the myth (meaning the idea that Weiss is not the killer) is wrong, unless all the witnesses lied to cover something up. You can't get more obvious than that. He also mocks the idea throughout the chapter, pointing out that the people who support that theory simultaneously claim that Weiss' gun jammed, and that there was no gun.
Likewise, the author of the blog post (which should not have been cited anyways, because, so far as I can tell, he has no qualifications of any kind) is no longer of the opinion that Weiss is not the killer. If you click on the link, you'll see that he says that it can now be proved beyond a reasonable doubt that Weiss killed Long.
Neither of these paragraphs should be included in this article. 192.241.63.81 (talk) 20:48, 11 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
