[edit]Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to The Sixth Sense. Your edits could be interpreted as vandalism and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. The currently provided source literally starts off by saying this isn't a horror film. DonIago (talk) 13:33, 18 February 2023 (UTC)
- I undid your edit to The Sixth Sense as neither link worked. Both citations were malformed and were 404. Adakiko (talk) 11:34, 19 February 2023 (UTC)
Please stop. If you continue to change genres without discussion or sources, as you did at This Is Not the End (Manafest album), you may be blocked from editing. "The artist confirmed the genre of the album himself" does not constitute a reliable source Adakiko (talk) 11:36, 19 February 2023 (UTC
- The New York Daily News is considered a wp:reliable source. See WP:RSPSS. Voguare to the NY Daily. American Film Institute Catalog Genre is "suspense", AllMovie Genres - Thriller Sub-Genres - Psychological Thriller, Childhood Drama, Supernatural Thriller. Rotten Tomatoes: Mystery & Thriller. Nobody else says "horror". Adakiko (talk) 11:54, 19 February 2023 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you change genres in pages without discussion or sources, as you did at This Is Not the End (Manafest album). Adakiko (talk) 11:56, 19 February 2023 (UTC)

Request reason:
Wrongful block of University IP address negatively affecting the daily lives of our students. No edits were made from the time the last warning was issued, so there was no reason to wrongfully block our IP address! Doing so makes other sites block us, and these sites are REQUIRED for our students studies, and we can't have that! It also goes against our University's VERY strict rules on the matter, and as such is strictly prohibited! Our students cannot succeed in their studies while this wrongful IP address "block" is still active, and we request that it be unblocked immediately! Thanks fof your understanding, as well as for unblocking our IP address
Decline reason:
Confirmed block evasion. You personally are the target of this block and the block is working correctly to prevent you personally from editing. If anything, one year is too short here. Yamla (talk) 12:09, 25 February 2023 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
@Yamla: It's not "block evasion" when 1) It's a 100% WRONGFUL, unexplained, and unwarranted bogus "block", and 2) This bogus block isn't just affecting 1 person but over 1000 people who attend our University. Not only that, it makes it so that other sites do the same and block our IP address, and we REQUIRE access to those sites for the studies of our students, so the collateral damage from this one single boneheaded move from you causes nothing but problems for our University! We cannot have that! You obviously aren't aware of the collateral damage you are causing our University by doing this, and so that is why we had to come appeal it here, as well as explain it., as only so much can be said in an appeal. The point is, this is a MASSIVE mistake, and that is why we REQUIRE the unblocking of our IP addresses so that they get taken out of the database that the other sites use! We've also had no other bogus OR legit blocks of our IP addresses before this mistake happened, so that means it can't be an instance of "block evasion" when we were never blocked at all in the first place! 12:36, 25 February 2023 (UTC)24.78.140.235 (talk)
- Seriously, how stupid do you think we are? This isn't working out for you. Find another hobby. --Yamla (talk) 12:41, 25 February 2023 (UTC)
- We don't think you or anyone else here is stupid at all. Just because you were unaware that this is a University IP address doesn't mean that you or anyone else is stupid for not knowing that, because anyone outside of our University would know that unless we told them, or unless it was common knowledge! There's nothing wrong with not knowing originally even though you know now unless nothing is done about it, but now that you do know, you're going to do something about it out of the goodness of your heart, because now you know the mistake is yours! But since every human being makes mistakes, it's not a problem that one was made here, as it will all be sorted out now! The careers of over 1000 students are on the line here! Don't let a simple mistake such as this ruin the careers of over a 100 men and women who did all the work to get this far! Thanks for your understanding! 24.78.140.235 (talk) 13:02, 25 February 2023 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
