I'm not opposed to adding fraud to his page. However, it is required that you cite any contentious information about living persons when adding it to an article. If you can find a reliable source and cite it, you are free to add something along the lines of "Sullivan's actions concerning XYZ have led ABCD news to accuse him of fraud".
