[edit]Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit you made to Talk:Wikipedia, did not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. If there is a specific video with music you would like to see in a specific article in Wikipedia, you can suggest them on that article's talk page. The copyright will have to be checked, though. [edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Earth Hour has been reverted.
Your edit here to Earth Hour was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=-x_BLySJUqg&feature=emb_logo) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a media file (e.g. music or video) on an external server, then note that linking to such files may be subject to Wikipedia's copyright policy, as well as other parts of our external links guideline. If the information you linked to is indeed in violation of copyright, then such information should not be linked to. Please consider using our upload facility to upload a suitable media file, or consider linking to the original.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Edit on Shmee150
[edit]Hello Wikipedia user. I've noticed that you added some information to the article Shmee150. I removed it because it violates some of Wikipedia's policies. First of all, the wording is not neutral. Words like "MUST", "special", "exclusive", and "now famous" are subjective and are not suitable for a neutral encyclopedia trying to spread unbiased knowledge. Subjective terms can only be included if they were voiced by experts in that particular field and then with their name mentioned. This also should be supported by independent sources (newspapers, books, etc.). Secondly, there is no indication that the video has special importance within Shmee150's career. If you disagree with this last assessment you should refer to independent sources mentioning this particular video, as information on Wikipedia articles is supposed to be based on these. I kindly ask you to not put back the sentence in unchanged form. Kind regards Tristan Surtel (talk) 20:48, 11 April 2020 (UTC)
- I saw that you added a new source: a Shmee150 YouTube video. Note that this does not count as an independent source: such source can have no connection to the subject it is about. A video by Shmee150 is therefore not independent. - Tristan Surtel (talk) 21:21, 11 April 2020 (UTC)

[edit] Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Polini. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it.

Hi, the quote you added to this article doesn't belong at the top of the page like that. We are an encyclopedia, not a chapter book, and per Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Layout the article should start with the lead, not anything else. Since you've been reverted on this by several editors, please don't re-add it. You can discuss the matter at Talk:Nathan of Breslov. Thanks — Amakuru (talk) 08:33, 27 September 2020 (UTC)
Campanile (disambiguation)
[edit]Please note that disambiguation pages like Campanile (disambiguation) are meant to help readers find a specific existing article quickly and easily. For that reason, they have guidelines that are different from articles. From the Wikipedia:Disambiguation dos and don'ts you should:
- Only list articles that readers might reasonably be looking for
- Use short sentence fragment descriptions, with no punctuation at the end
- Use exactly one navigable link ("blue link") in each entry that mentions the title being disambiguated
- Only add a "red link" if used in existing articles, and include a "blue link" to an appropriate article
- Do not pipe links (unless style requires it) – keep the full title of the article visible
- Do not insert external links or references - Wikipedia is not a business directory

[edit]Welcome, and thank you for your attempt to lighten up Wikipedia. However, this is an encyclopedia and articles are intended to be serious, so please don't make joke edits, as you did to Nachman of Breslov. Readers looking for accurate information will not find them amusing. If you'd like to experiment with editing, please use the sandbox instead, where you are given a certain degree of freedom in what you write. Mosesheron (talk) 14:33, 6 December 2020 (UTC)

- Update: Hi, I wanted to let you know that I have revised my position on the content you have recently added to Nachman of Breslov. It appears very contentious to me and I think it should be left to the editors who are familiar with the subject to decide if the content is really encyclopedic or not. My apologies! Mosesheron (talk) 15:04, 6 December 2020 (UTC)
Hi 93.34.85.148. Your recent editing history at Nachman of Breslov shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
I see from the above comments that you have already been informed by Mosesheron, and by Yoninah in the edit summaries, that the added material at the article was contentious, and it's also not written in a style which makes it easy to understand. Please discuss changes at Talk:Nachman of Breslov. Thanks — Amakuru (talk) 10:58, 20 December 2020 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Nachman of Breslov. The material you keep re-adding is contentious, and must be discussed on the talk page. — Amakuru (talk) 12:26, 20 December 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm Daniuu. I noticed that in this edit to Ruach (Kabbalah), you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Daniuu (talk) 01:11, 21 March 2021 (UTC)
