This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Al falaah college, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.alfalaah.org.za/?pg=102. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. Speedy deletion of Al Falaah College[edit]

A tag has been placed on Al Falaah College, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. A tag has been placed on Al falaah college requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

Images at Commons[edit]

Hi, I have a question about the images that you uploaded at Commons. File:AFClogo.jpg and File:AFC blue logo.jpg are logos and in that case the copyright would belong to the school rather than yourself. Usually logos are uploaded to Wikipedia rather than Commons because the fall under the Wikipedia:Non-free content guidleine, see Wikipedia:Logos. That way the logo still belongs to the organisation and can only be used in an article about the school. If the logo is released into the Wikipedia:Public domain, as File:AFC blue logo.jpg, then anybody can use the logo for anything and in any place they want. The other images, File:AFC arieal.JPG, File:AFCGrade1.jpg, File:AFC TD.jpg and File:AFC JGym.jpg, as well as the logo, are all available at http://www.alfalaah.org.za/, which has a copyright notice at the bottom of each page. I do notice that the images you uploaded are of much better quality than the ones on the college site. I think for the images, not the logos, that some way for you to explain that you either own the pictures or are uploading them on behalf of the college and that they understand exactly what relasing material under the GNU Free Documentation License entails. Thanks. Enter CambridgeBayWeather, waits for audience applause, not a sausage 22:17, 2 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for File:Amssalogo.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Amssalogo.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 18:07, 6 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
