I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~), which are produced by clicking on the button; this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Also, I think that you might want to join the the adopt-a-user project, where advanced editors can guide you in your first experiences here; so check it out if you want. Indeed I noted your very enthusiastic work at Snowy Mountains Scheme - which is always great to see from a new user & thought a friendly welcome might be in order. I hope you find the links in this welcome message helpful in your editing - but if you need anything else I have been around here for a few years and I am an administrator so if I can help I will. Again, welcome!

There is abundant evidence to support the Public Fight to Stop the Sale of Snowy Hydro in the Australian media. Given time these links can be included whether from the NSW Government, ABC etc.

For example http://www.abc.net.au/news/newsitems/200606/s1653589.htm

Can collect many hundreds of links to verify the fight and article.

Totally supportable article /version of events.

Hi again, you have probably noticed that I have gone in and made a few adjustments - particularly in relation to references at the Snowy River Scheme page. Is it possible for you to follow me up where you have added the initial references and provide an access date and other material - as per the fully referenced citations that you will see at the bottom of the page. If you click on the edit tab near one of these full references it will show you how others have done this. By doing this the article stands a far greater chance of retaining the information that you have provided. Best wishes.--VS talk 01:33, 6 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
