This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Chris Byrne (musician), and it appears to be very similar to another wikipedia page: Chris Byrne. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. Welcome

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. To find out how to make useful contributions, take a look at the welcome page. To stay in Wikipedia, an article has to be about something notable, that is, of general interest. Click on Notability for an explanation of what that means, and on Notability (people) for more detail. Also, it must give independently verifiable sources. Articles that don't meet these requirements are likely to be deleted. Follow the links below to learn more:

Moving articles

[edit]

In the future, please avoid moving articles by cutting and pasting. This method leaves the history of the article on the wrong page. I've tagged the Chris Byrne (musician) page for deletion so that the page can be moved properly. Please see WP:MOVE for more info on page moves. --OnoremDil 13:42, 4 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Pages that will be updated by the end of the day and a note on COI

[edit]

You may want to add {{underconstruction}} tags to your new articles. It probably won't save them unless you are actively updating them, but it may help. If they are deleted, I would suggest that you don't create them in article space again until they are ready. Creating them in sandboxes like User:Anbmedia/Chris Byrne (The Toy Guy) and User:Anbmedia/Jim Silver would give you more time to have them prepared without being interrupted.

Your user name, and the subjects of your first few articles, also lead me to believe that there may be a potential conflict of interest here. Please be sure to keep the articles neutral and establish notability using third party sources. --OnoremDil 13:51, 4 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Request to move article Chris Byrne incomplete

[edit]

You recently filed a request at Wikipedia:Requested moves to move the page Chris Byrne to a different title - however your proposal is either incomplete or has been contested as being controversial. As a result, it has been moved to the incomplete and contested proposals section. Requests that remain incomplete after five days will be removed.

Please make sure you have completed all three of the following:

  1. Added {{move|NewName}} at the top of the talk page of the page you want moved, replacing "NewName" with the new name for the article. This creates the required template for you there.
  2. Added {{subst:RMtalk|NewName|reason for move}} to the bottom of the talk page of the page you want to be moved, to automatically create a discussion section there.
  3. Added {{subst:RMlink|PageName|NewName|reason for move}} to the top of today's section here.

If you need any further guidance, please leave a message at Wikipedia talk:Requested moves or contact me on my talk page. - JPG-GR (talk) 23:31, 4 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
