Welcome![edit]

Hello, Andy.went.wandy, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of your edits to the page Personal development have not conformed to Wikipedia's verifiability policy, and may be removed if they have not yet been. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media. Always remember to provide a reliable source for quotations and for any material that is likely to be challenged, or it may be removed. Wikipedia also has a related policy against including original research in articles. As well, all new biographies of living people must contain at least one reliable source.

If you are stuck and looking for help, please see the guide for citing sources or come to the new contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question, ask me on my talk page, or you can type {{helpme}} on your user page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. multiple additions of http://.srisriravishankar.org[edit]

Please do not add advertising or inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that exist to attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policies for further explanations of links that are considered appropriate. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. See the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you.--Hu12 (talk) 18:37, 25 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar / Art of Living foundation[edit]

Hello, Andy.went.wandy. You may need to consider our guidance on conflicts of interest including WP:NOPAY. All editors are required to comply with Wikipedia's neutral point of view content policy. People with a close connection to a subject need to be aware of Wikipedia's policies;

Please familiarize yourself with relevant content policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view. You may also wish to avoid giving the impression that your account is to be used for promotional purposes. Regardless, doing so does not exempt you from compliance with Wikipedias policies.

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add soapboxing, promotional or advertising material to Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. --Hu12 (talk) 18:41, 25 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. The next time you use Wikipedia for soapboxing, promotion or advertising, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. --Ronz (talk) 18:45, 28 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I'd asked Hu12 to review your edits before I took further action. As he's not responded, I'm going to start an ANI discussion as soon as I have the chance, recommending you be blocked for repeated soapboxing and NPOV violations. Whatever your relationship with these subjects, you're clearly here to promote them. --Ronz (talk) 17:56, 4 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Courtesy notice[edit]

I started a discussion at ANI here to get others involved. Please consider contributing to the discussion. Thank you. --Ronz (talk) 23:05, 4 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Andy.went.wandy. Please be aware that if you continue to revert at Art of Living Foundation or at other articles without responding to the ANI complaint you may be blocked for disruptive editing. Thank you, EdJohnston (talk) 18:14, 5 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

FYI, the ANI complaint was archived without comment. I'm going to take it that you understand the problems brought up and will not continue them further. I'm open to having you blocked as well, but I won't push it if you cease. --Ronz (talk) 17:39, 6 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Ronz, thanks for intimating me about the step. I am anyways always open to work after talking to all, but as i was unaware of the norms of Wikipedia i went on a highway drive. I will take care about it from here onwards. Thanks for all the cooperation. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Andy.went.wandy (talkcontribs) 10:23, 7 March 2013‎
