I hope that I removed all text that looks like advertisment. EMREX is a non-profit system already running in wide parts of Europe. We are currently in discussions with North-American PESC, why it would be good to have EMREX also in the English wikipedia mentioned.

Would be nice if the draft could be moved to the article area.

Thank you very much and best regards Guido Bacharach

Bacharach (talk) 13:30, 1 April 2022 (UTC) Dear Editors,[reply]

EMREX is used in many European countries and is free-of-charge. Therefore there are no commercial purposes connected with this article, I am not paid for this article either. I just want to provide information about this system to the international EMREX users and interested people via Wikipedia.

In the meantime I have only provable information in this text with the appropriate proofs. What can I do more?

Best regards Guido Bacharach Bacharach (talk) 13:30, 1 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

As previously advised, your edits give the impression you have a financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. You were asked to cease editing until you responded by either stating that you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits, or by complying with the mandatory requirements under the Wikimedia Terms of Use that you disclose your employer, client and affiliation. Again, you can post such a disclosure on your user page at User:Bacharach, and the template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Bacharach|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. Please respond before making any other edits to Wikipedia. Theroadislong (talk) 11:38, 21 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

It is clear from the Emrex website that you work for them. Theroadislong (talk) 14:58, 21 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding Draft:EMREX
As already mentioned in the other talk with you: I think you misunderstand the organization of the EMREX product. The EMREX product was created as a result of a project publicly funded by the European Commission. It is maintained on a purely volunteer basis by a so-called "User Group" which appoints a purely volunteer "Executive Committee" to administer day-to-day operations. The use of EMREX is completely free of charge, the users of EMREX only pay for their own expenses.
Where there is no money, there can be none for Wikipedia articles. My Croatian colleague and I write the EMREX article as representatives of a user on the German and Croatian side respectively (my colleague also as a member of the honorary "Executive Committee") and receive no money for this activity.
If there is a rule to indicate also the writing of Wikipedia texts in case of honorary connection with the subject of the text, I apologize for not having done so. Please then give me a hint on how and where to do this correctly.
If you have any questions or I have to use any other form to convince you, please do not hesitate to contact me. Bacharach (talk) 18:41, 1 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Draft:EMREX, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Fade258 (talk) 06:55, 2 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
