Hi again Dr Murthy.

I've been having a look at your edits and I think that I now understand what has gone wrong and what you are trying to fix. Am I right that you spelled your name "Seetharama" when you signed up but you want it to be spelled "Sitarama" instead? If so, that is not something you can fix yourself, particularly as it needs to be fixed on multiple projects (Wikipedia, Wikimedia Commons, etc). Don't worry. The administrators can help you.

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to introduce inappropriate pages to Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. If you need guidance on how to create appropriate pages, try using the Article Wizard. You appear to have no interest in doing anything other than using Wikipedia to host a self-promotional personal web page, which you have been told is unacceptable. Almost all of us, when we start editing Wikipedia, know little or nothing about Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, so nobody can be blamed for starting out doing things that are contrary to policies and guidelines that they don't know about. Please let me explain about User pages

Hi Dr Murthy. I see that your User page is up for deletion for a fourth time. I think you are misunderstanding what User pages are for. It is fine to use your User page to introduce yourself to your fellow Wikipedians but you should not use it for self-promotion. It is best not to write it in the style of an article.

Please read our policy Wikipedia:User pages before trying to make the page again.

This should help you to make an acceptable User page (if you want to) and avoid it getting deleted again. Also, it might be a good idea to look at what some more established Wikipedians do with their User pages.
