November 2011[edit]

Hello! I'm a bot created by another Wikipedia editor. I wanted to let you know that I removed a link that you recently added to the page Richard Dupont here. I did this because http://aiboston.typepad.com/blog/2010/09/spotlight-a-contemporary-artist-richard-dupont.html is probably inappropriate for an encyclopedia. We usually avoid linking to blogs, forums, and social media sites.

We appreciate your help in making Wikipedia better for everyone. If I made a mistake, feel free to undo my edit. If you have any questions, you can ask at the Help desk.

Thank you! --XLinkBot (talk) 18:17, 22 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Image without license[edit]

Unspecified source/license for File:Image of artist Richard Dupont.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Image of artist Richard Dupont.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (TalkContribsOwner) 01:45, 8 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Roy Cohn / Richard Dupont & potential COI[edit]

I reversed your deletion of Richard Dupont from Roy Cohn's page. That connection actually should be expanded, not deleted. Just the page link needed to be removed, which I have done. Your new Dupont page ought be Richard Dupont (artist), to avoid future confusion, as the name is not uncommon, and will crop up again. Your creation of the page of an artist by an art critic may also indicate a WP:COI. Please adhere to the rules of WP:MOS. Thank you, Lindenfall (talk) 18:45, 20 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
