Hi,
I am the author of this article, my very first for Wikipedia article. I was quite surprised to find the illustrations deleted and the article modified multiple times and recommended for speedy deletion! I believe I followed all Wikipedia copyright verification rules so I am not sure what next to do. This follow-on edit process seems a bit subjective, albeit done by well intentioned volunteers trying to maintain the integrity of Wikipedia.
All of the illustrations came from a single poster presented at an open to the public DARPA "Poster Session" as previously disclosed. This poster states on the bottom "Public Domain Information". I am the author of the poster as well as the concept. If you send me an e-mail address or tell me how to send it via Wikipedia, I will send it to you so you can see. If this is still insufficient proof that these illustrations are not copyrighted, or not public domain information, please go forward with your speedy deletion. Although, I don't think this is the mission of Wikipedia.
Sincerely Yours,
Brad Pande
