File permission problem with File:Product space.png[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Product space.png, which you've sourced to http://www.hks.harvard.edu/centers/cid/publications/featured-books/atlas. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

Dear Stefan, I am confused about something: I sourced this image to http://atlas.media.mit.edu/book/, which notes that the work is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Unported License. As far as I know, this is the only place where this work is published, so why doesn't it count as the site of original publication? Should I instead contact the authors that designed the image and obtain their permission? I can hardly be expected to contact all 8 authors?
