Non-free rationale for File:SAS Drakensberg (A301).jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:SAS Drakensberg (A301).jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described oncriteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at theMedia copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 00:07, 24 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Your opinion please

[edit]

As you are one of the few gurus of South African military history on WP I'd value your input concerning my contributions so far to the new article Imperial Gift about the post WW1 donation of surplus British aircraft and related equipment to the Dominions. SA's share of the donation is what enabled the SAAF to get started in 1920. ThanksRoger (talk) 13:02, 26 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Would love to know how you deal with this so I can do the same for the Army badge. Gbawden (talk) 15:54, 20 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
