Replaceable fair use File:Mohamed El-Masry.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Mohamed El-Masry.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

Mohamed El-Masry[edit]

It is completely inappropriate to overwite the Habiba Al Marashi article and then move it to a new name. If uyou want to start an article on Mohamed El-Masry, do so without overwriting another article. I'll also note that as presented, the information about Mohamed El-Masry you provided does not appear to meet Wikipedia's inclusion criteria and would likely be deleted. --- Whpq (talk) 18:09, 10 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

CircleOver moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, CircleOver, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your page to draft space (with a prefix of Draft: before the article title) where you can work on it with minimal disruption. When you feel that it meets our notability and neutrality requirements, and is thus ready for mainspace, please submit it using the Articles for Creation template on the page. I'm sorry, I moved this to draft before I realised that it was a copyright violation and deleted it (please see below). If you want to write about this organisation, you will need to:

properly disclose your conflict of interest
identify a good number of independent reliable sources which discuss the thing in depth and in detail
write the article text entirely in your own words, without copying any of it from non-free external sources.

This was done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appeared to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appeared to be a direct copy from https://circleover.com/about-us/. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition has been be deleted.
