Speedy deletion nomination of User:EramWiki/sandbox[edit]

A tag has been placed on User:EramWiki/sandbox requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from http://www.eramscientific.com/?q=aboutus. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Decline reason:

1) That's an abbreviation for the name of the company, and that is not allowed.

2) Filling your unblock request with marketing speak about your company suggests you have really not grasped the problem.

3) You write in the first person plural ("we", "our"), and joint accounts are not allowed - Wikipedia accounts are for single individuals only.

4) The page you created was blatant marketing speak from start to finish, written in the first person by the company, and that is not appropriate for an encyclopedia.

1) That's still effectively the name of the company.

2) You are still saying "us" which means you are still not listening to being told that joint accounts are not allowed.

3) You have still not properly addressed the unacceptably promotional nature of your edits.

4) To be blunt, you are not going to be unblocked in order to continue to promote your company.

That is still the same name that was refused last time. You are wasting our time by not listening, and by repeatedly making unblock requests which completely ignore all of the points explained to you and which show no understanding of the reasons for your block. So I have revoked your ability to edit this talk page - the next reviewing admin is welcome to reinstate it if they feel there would be some benefit.
