Orphaned non-free image File:Wolfenstein series logo, derived from The New Order logo.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Wolfenstein series logo, derived from The New Order logo.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 18:11, 24 June 2017 (UTC)
Duplicate
[edit]seems Hitman 2 (2018 video game) looks like a duplicate into the current article Hitman 2: Silent Assassin. Mayamaya7 (talk) 7:40, 8 June 2018 (UTC)
Hitman 2: Silent Assassin is a 2002 game developed by IO Interactive and sequel to Hitman: Agent 47. Hitman 2 (2018 video game) is a sequel to Hitman (2016). They are two separate games, although they share the same title. Apologies for any confusion. — Preceding unsigned comment added by EvilWeevil77 (talk • contribs) 8:02, 8 June 2018 (UTC)
@EvilWeevil77: no I apologize for not seeing it, thanks for the info will link the main hitman into your article :). Mayamaya7 (talk) 8:04, 8 June 2018 (UTC)

[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Ayad Akhtar, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page New York (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. [edit]Hi EvilWeevil77! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at TPG Telecom Limited that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia – it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. adding/changing information is never a minor. Graywalls (talk) 05:05, 5 October 2020 (UTC)
Please do not add or change content, as you did at Warner Music Group, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Robvanvee 05:47, 5 October 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Minari (film). This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Hayleez (talk) 18:36, 9 June 2021 (UTC)
Dead Space (upcoming video game) moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Dead Space (upcoming video game), is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. [edit]Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Dead space, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Renat 13:54, 26 July 2021 (UTC)

Introduction to contentious topics
[edit]You have recently been editing gender-related disputes or controversies or people associated with them, which has been designated a contentious topic. This standard message is designed as an introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.
A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. These are specially-designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia’s norms and policies are more strictly enforced and Wikipedia administrators have special powers in order to reduce disruption to the project.
Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:
- adhere to the purposes of Wikipedia;
- comply with all applicable policies and guidelines;
- follow editorial and behavioural best practice;
- comply with any page restrictions in force within the area of conflict; and
- refrain from gaming the system.
Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics procedures you may ask them at the arbitration clerks' noticeboard or you may learn more about this contentious topic here. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the {{Ctopics/aware}} template.
