August 2021[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Bagumba. I noticed that you recently removed content from Kevin Durant without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. —Bagumba (talk) 18:22, 5 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your comment, and apologies for leaving out the edit summary. I felt that (empirically) Devin Durand and Kevin Durand don't comprise frequent cases of confusion with Kevin Durant, and felt that the disclaimer detracted from Durant's page. Of course, this is a matter of emprical opinion only, so no problem leaving as is. Might there be some way for editors of his page to vote on the matter, I wonder. Non-free rationale for File:Cfa-apa 1.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Cfa-apa 1.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F6 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Salavat (talk) 11:10, 15 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
