Actually, the more I think about it, the more I realize that it might not currently be fair use. It's 360 × 479, so do I have to shrink it and then re-upload it? GaryColemanFan 06:19, 8 October 2007 (UTC)

I decided to play it safe and shrink the picture. The image page has a big red box on it saying that it doesn't explain why it's permitted. The logo was removed under Wikipedia's policy on fair use. Specifically, item #9 on this page. As the logo is owned and copyright by the WWE (as I understand it), it's not allowed to be used outside of the article space even with permission.
