You, the editor behind this and all the other accounts, are not currently welcome to edit at Wikipedia for the indefinite future. The only option available to you is the standard offer. If you keep creating new accounts and subverting community policy based on some ridiculous belief that you somehow have a right to edit here, you will continue to be shunned, and your work will be deleted. The alternative, the standard offer, provides you with a possible way to get yourself reincorporated into the community. There is no guarantee, but I do guarantee that if you keep up the sockpuppetry crap, you will always be considered an unhelpful irritant, and nobody will care about the efforts you've made. If you actually care about editing at Wikipedia, which your previous sock accounts have claimed on their user pages, then maybe it will make sense to consider this.
I have zero comprehension of the type of mindset wherein a person knows that they're not welcome, knows that they are violating community policies, but continues to inflict themselves on the community as an irritant. People don't do typically do that in real life, and if they do, they wind up in jail. This entire issue could have been resolved in 2015. After your first set of blocks for sockpuppetry (since you apparently couldn't understand that creating a vanity article about yourself was not a suitable practice at Wikipedia) if you had just acknowledged that you made a series of mistakes, apologized and promised not to do it in the future, you probably would have been quickly unblocked. But the continued sockpuppetry over a span of years only creates in the minds of other editors a belief that you feel you are free to operate above the community's rules.
