Your additions, Steve Ashman and Brian Kingman were removed from the article because they lacked sources. The talk page has guidelines for adding and removing alumni to the list. All alumni need a reference for their attendance at the school and redlinked alumni (those without a wikipedia article) need a reference for their notability. Also, I saw that you attempted to add Brian Kingman to the alumni category. That's not how categories work, adding articles at the category page. The code [[Category:Alumni of University High School (Los Angeles, California)]] is added to the page that gets added to the category. You'll see at the bottom of the Brian Kingman article that Brian Kingman is in multiple categories. If you can't find references for your additions yourself, then add the information you do have to the talk page--not just what would be added to the article but anything that might help someone find a source. How you know that they are alumni and information like that is often very helpful. Welcome to Wikipedia. Miss Mondegreen talk  07:55, November 9 2007 (UTC)
