Please note that history of Christianity has four maps: File:Spread of Christianity to AD 600 (1).png, File:Church of the East in the Middle Ages.svg, File:Countries by percentage of Protestants 1938.svg, and File:Countries by percentage of Protestants (2010).svg. Instead of trying to remove content from History of Islam, have you considered adding content to Shamanism? I don't know whether there are reliable sources you could use for this, but our aim should be to add information to the encyclopaedia to make it more comprehensive, not to remove material from existing, more informative pages to make them match.
