Well, I am working with the red links of Aang. I have to fix 2 red links. After, maybe, I will work in Sozin's Comet. Nataly8 (talk) 08:22, 15 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks. I one hour I will finish with Aang. Did you have some comments to do? We could do it GA? Nataly8 (talk) 08:39, 15 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Good luck! Nataly8 (talk) 08:42, 15 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I finished with Aang. How goes your work? Nataly8 (talk) 09:42, 15 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks! Nataly8 (talk) 09:49, 15 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Do you know how to fix the dates on references of the article? Nataly8 (talk) 09:52, 15 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I don't understand! Nataly8 (talk) 10:00, 15 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I tried to change the 2005-02-21 on 21 Feburary 2005 but it still red. Nataly8 (talk) 10:04, 15 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think so. Anyway, I finished with the red links of Aang. Nataly8 (talk) 10:11, 15 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks. Now I am working with Sozin's Comet. It will take some time. Nataly8 (talk) 10:14, 15 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. I finished the work with the red links of Aang, Sozin's Comet, List of Avatar: The Last Airbender, Avatar: The Last Airbender (season 1), Avatar: The Last Airbender (season 2) and Avatar: The Last Airbender (season 3). I am working with the simplification of the articles. Can you keep an eye? Nataly8 (talk) 15:08, 16 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hey buddy. You can't connect two separate sentences with a comma per the rules of grammar. The edit to the "Mockingbird" page is justified. Fulgently (talk) 04:49, 17 August 2010 (UTC) That's the one. The two sentences are actually awkward enough with a semi-colon. But with a comma it's just incorrect. A semi-colon, period, or simple coordinator would be better Fulgently (talk) 04:56, 17 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Yesterday we had a vandal. What about Avatar, it's my favorite series. I finished with the simplification. Nataly8 (talk) 05:56, 17 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

He is the vandal. Nataly8 (talk) 06:10, 17 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I was watching. I reverted his first changes. After, the work did Wiooiw. Nataly8 (talk) 06:32, 17 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Well, I prefere to watch the new changes. Nataly8 (talk) 06:42, 17 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know the templates and I didn't have time to warm him. Nataly8 (talk) 06:49, 17 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I will see them. I finished with the simplification. Nataly8 (talk) 06:56, 17 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Well, after your mistake I have to write the The Last Airbender from English Wikipedia. It will take some time. I finished with episodes and Aang. Well, I wait and after we will nominate it. Nataly8 (talk) 07:00, 17 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Well, here you have to do a lot of work because it's hard to see vandal in recent changes. Nataly8 (talk) 07:08, 17 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Good luck! Nataly8 (talk) 07:16, 17 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Assigned permissions

[edit]

I have granted rollback rights to your account; the reason for this is that after a review of some of your contributions, I believe you can be trusted to use rollback correctly, and for its intended usage of reverting vandalism, and that you will not abuse it by reverting good-faith edits or to revert-war. For information on rollback, see Wikipedia:New admin school/Rollback and Wikipedia:Rollback feature. If you do not want rollback, just let me know, and I'll remove it. Good luck and thanks. Polargeo (talk) 09:43, 16 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, is currently undergoing a two-month trial scheduled to end 15 August 2010.

Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under pending changes. Pending changes is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial. The list of articles with pending changes awaiting review is located at Special:OldReviewedPages.

For the guideline on reviewing, see Wikipedia:Reviewing. Being granted reviewer rights doesn't change how you can edit articles even with pending changes. The general help page on pending changes can be found here, and the general policy for the trial can be found here.

If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. Polargeo (talk) 09:43, 16 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Stockpuppet?

[edit]

Hazard-SJ. Who's Andreas Balart, and has he got to do with me? I've received a message on my inbox about "stockpuppenting".

Another thing: a contributor, Mauritius27 publicly called me selfish--a totally unwarranted name-calling--on the basis of some changes I had done, which I had argued on the Discussion page. Is there a was of reporting it?

[edit]

Can someone please tell me how to change your "home wiki" when your account is unified? Hazard-SJ Talk 20:49, 16 August 2010 (UTC)}}[reply]

Not sure what you mean. Is there a "home wiki" - personally I just have a link to my home page in my bookmarks toolbar - so I always start in en.wikipedia. I'll leave the helpme up, in case there's some other answers.  Ronhjones  (Talk) 20:54, 16 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. Hazard-SJ Talk 20:55, 16 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
It has to do with SUL. I think the home wiki is the one that has the most edits. You can't directly change it yourself, at least. fetch·comms 20:56, 16 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

(ec)

The "home wiki" is normally the username that has the most contributions, but if you have special rights, such as sysop or bureaucrat, that takes precedence. As far as I know, you cannot change it yourself.
If you do need a fuller answer, please use another helpme and we can find the info. Chzz  ►  20:58, 16 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
(edit conflict)—I was thinking so, or could it be the wiki where you merge your accounts? Hazard-SJ Talk 21:00, 16 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
No, it's the most edits, or special permissions.
Also, I did check a bit, and indeed, you can't change it yourself...the only way is by getting the global account deleted then re-unifying. For quite good reasons, re. block evasion, it isn't easy.  Chzz  ►  21:10, 16 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
OK. What special permissions? Sysop and 'crat, as well as stewards (surely founder)? I'll just work on my contributions. Hazard-SJ Talk 21:14, 16 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism earning

Would you please rationalize the vandalism warning you issued me. Electrified Fooling Machine (talk) 22:49, 20 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

What "information" do you want a reference for. What information did I add to the page? Are you reverting because you think I'm vandalizing or are you using rollback over a content dispute? Electrified Fooling Machine (talk) 22:56, 20 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
On scanning the edits you made today, I see that you have repeatedly rolled-back editors for entirely constructive edits. Some samples of your rollback abuse: [1], [2], [3], [4], [5] (I can't believe you restored the comment "MQM terrorism is well known to everyone", edit summary or not), [6] Will you accept this as notification to be much more careful with rollback, or do I need to raise the matter at WP:ANI? Muslim Rajputs

[edit]

Someone or some people have knowingly been putting this block into most of the wikipedia articles about Muslims groups / castes in India:- The Muslim ****** are a multi-ethnic community who are partly descended from Arabs, Persians, Afghans and Turks. The Muslims of Middle East and Central Asia have historically, travelled to South Asia as technocrats, bureaucrats, soldiers, traders, scientists, architects, teachers, theologians and Sufis during the Islamic Sultanates and Mughal Empire and settled permanently. These Muslim families have intermarried with the Muslim Rajputs families.

this is completely misleading and I wonder why editors have not removed this same block of text that has been added to numerous articles on Muslim groups in India... It has no basis absolutely! Give me any solid basis if you have! It seems the people who are adding this bloc of text are trying to implant in our mind that islam is arabic 220.225.244.114 (talk) 10:43, 22 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Football Kit Templates

[edit]

Thanks for the response. I realized that I included a link to the English template as well as the Commons template, sorry for the confusion. If you could look at the Commons Template first (the Commons Category does have subcategories), I would appreciate it. All of the PNG files on the English site should be moved to Commons eventually, but that's a task for another day.Udeezy (talk) 15:40, 30 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hmm, If you feel like trying, I would appreciate it. Otherwise, if you could point me in the direction of someone else who may be able to help or some other method of finding someone with the right skills, that would work too. Either way, thanks for your help! Udeezy (talk) 07:41, 31 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Hi Hazard, thanks for the heads up, I've moved the flags so they're not a problem anymore, the only problem is that my topicons should be the same on Vector and monobook, there really shouldn't be a problem, I don't know why this is but someone far more experienced at Wikimarkup could possibly deduce why that is. Your recent reports to UAA

[edit]

Please be more careful with your reports. This was not misleading, and would have been a more understandable report had you checked "Offensive username" in the Twinkle dialog. There have been many names with the prefix "satan" in them, and it is not a blatant violation of the username policy, which is what UAA is for. I'm also not entirely sure how this in any way is an unsuitable username. It doesn't resemble an IP address, it merely expresses the user's anonymity which is completely fine. Do take a little more time to consider whether usernames are blatantly violating policy before reporting them in the future. Cheers, sonia 10:20, 2 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

OK, I'll rationalize. I just had a bit too much doing, and wanted to do a little (too much) there. Hazard-SJ Talk 10:29, 2 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Fussing over userboxen doesn't help write an encyclopedia. Adopt-a-user reminder

[edit]

Hello, I have completed a general cleanup of the adopter information page for the adopt-a-user project, located here. During my cleanup, I have removed several inactive and retired users. In order to provide interested adoptees with an easy location to find adopters, it is essential that the page be up-to-date with the latest information possible. Thus:

  • If you are no longer interested in being an adopter, please remove yourself from the list.
  • If you are still interested, please check the list to see if any information needs to be updated or added - especially your availability. Thank you.
  • You are receiving this message because you are listed as an adopter here.

An update from adopt a user

[edit]

Hi there Hazard-SJ! You may be wondering, what have I done to sound the alarm this time? Nothing. I'm messaging you in regards to the adopt-a-user program, which currently has a backlog of users wishing to be adopted. This doesn't make much sense, as we have a considerable list of users offer adoption, so there shouldn't be any backlog. I've begun to eliminate this backlog myself through a matching program, but I need your help to make it work. Of course, adoptees and adopters don't have to go through there, but I believe it helps eliminate the backlog because someone is actively matching pairs.

On the list of adopters, I have modified the middle column to say "Interests." It's easier working with other users that have similar interests, so if it's not too much to ask, could you add your interests in the middle column? For example, if I was interested in hurricanes, computers, business, and ... reptiles? I would place those in the middle column. Counter-vandalism and the like can also be included (maintenance should be used as the general term). The more interests, the better, since adoptees can learn more about you and choose the one they feel most comfortable working with. The information about when you're most active and other stuff can go into the "Notes" section to the right.

Finally, I've gone around and asked adoptees (and will in the future) to fill in a short survey so adopters can take the initiative and contact users they feel comfortable working with. We all know that most adoptees just place the adopt me template on their user page and leave it - so it's up to us to approach them and offer adoption. So, please take a look at the survey, adopt those that fit your interests, and maybe watchlist it so you can see the interests of adoptees and adopt one that fits your interests in the future.

Once again, thank you for participating in the adopt-a-user program! If you wish to respond to this post, please message me on my talk page.
