That IP address is only blocked from editing if you're logged out. While you're logged in to your Wikipedia account, you shouldn't be having any trouble. It is my right[edit]

it is my right to write about my culture and my heritage.I understand your last message about my fellow Wikipedians but let me tell you,if I edit again and you remove my content,you and your Wikipedia can go to hell and I will start my own blackpedia where we only blacks can write about ourselves mind you in everything done in white land,their is a touch of black man do we praise those blacks in our own pedia.This is not a threat but my mind if you remove my work again.
