Your revert
Why exactly did you revert my 'Poker Face' edit?
-Erik
- You removed the application of the flat list template across the WP articles with your own preference over community consensus. Not acceptable. If you think the flat lists are "ugly" or whatever you think, please gain a consensus at WP:SONGS before removing. —Indian:BIO · [ ChitChat ] 14:31, 22 September 2013 (UTC)
Madonna albums discography design
I might be wrong but featured list with red links is not featured list. You can see NOTES 39 and 45. I fixed it and added colour to this weird looking tables. Sorry for not asking... it's not really "major change". My next step might be adding collapsible list for Certifications. It's hard to read this long tables and they all have the same boring look. Discography template features colours and it's not forbiden to use this colors in the table. I'm not going to edit it anymore - it's just waste of time. Enjoy this so-called "featured list".Tintin-tintine (talk) 14:35, 29 September 2013 (UTC)
- Where the hell did you see red links? And get a consensus is all I'm asking. You believe in your edit, so what's stopping you? —Indian:BIO · [ ChitChat ] 14:39, 29 September 2013 (UTC)
- These red links are not bold. Just open your eyes and see Note 39 and 45 without url and accessdate. |accessdate= requires |url=Tintin-tintine (talk) 15:07, 29 September 2013 (UTC)
- You are mistaken, they are not redlinks, they are incorrectly formatted urls. That doesn't justify your assumption that this cannot be featured content. Read WP:FL? please. —Indian:BIO · [ ChitChat ] 16:07, 29 September 2013 (UTC)

Hi, Is this reliable source ? as a blog? fidelovkurt 08:09, 6 October 2013 (UTC)
- A blog from a reliable source like Chicago Sun-Times by a highly credible author like Jim DeRogatis is a reputable source. I suggest you do your fact checking before adding or removing content. You blindly add and remove stuff without discussion and ha to be reverted a lot many times for this. —Indian:BIO · [ ChitChat ] 08:41, 6 October 2013 (UTC)

Please refrain from abusing warning or blocking templates, as you did to User talk:STATicVapor. Doing so is a violation of Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Please use the user warnings sandbox for any tests you may want to do, or take a look at our introduction page to learn more about contributing to the encyclopedia. Thank you. I already received a templated message about that, I did not, or have any intention of violating 3rr and you should have had more sense then to drop a templated message about it hours later. I considered that message extremely in bad-faith, while the other user was ignored even with 5-6 reverts in 24-hours. STATic message me! 05:39, 28 October 2013 (UTC)
- Do not lecture me on what you think or do not think to be a bad faith. You received a warning for extremely foul 3RR abuse that you and that other user has done on Artpop over what I see to be a trivial issue. You are senior enough here to stop after 2R, and you did not. Do not come and cry here that you did not have any intention of doing a 3RR when you have done it. Accept what you did was wrong and next time discuss it in the talk page and if you think the other user is reverting, then raise it to ANI. —Indian:BIO · [ ChitChat ] 05:56, 28 October 2013 (UTC)
- Sorry you might want to see WP:3RR as I clearly did not violate it, three reverts is not the same as four. I obvious had ZERO intention of going over 3r, yes I should have stopped earlier but in the end it makes no difference. Not to mention as I pointed out, I was already given a "warning" about it hours ago, so you just wanted to make yourself seem above someone else by tacking on another unnecessary one. If you would have bothered to look more into it, the user was clearly adding WP:OR and not writing in a WP:NPOV. Or do you also think Do What U Want was NOT released as a single on October 21, and that a song MUST be released to radio to be a single? STATic message me! 06:08, 28 October 2013 (UTC)
- NO I absolutely do not think anything like that about "Do What U Want". I have clear understanding of what constitutes a promo single and an official single and it does not included being given away for free. You wanna clarify your doubts? Please do so because I think you have the notion that promo singles are just given for free. Newsflash, its not. Promotional singles nowadays are released by artist/label for promoting the album and is an iTunes countdown thing till the release of an album. It is not free and it can be switched to an official single with radio release and all. And radio release only do not constitute a single. You should understand that it is the word of mouth of an artist or their label as to whether a song will be official or not. Industry prognosticators go by that, and this is not Wikipedia's to decide unlike a song's common name. You seem to feel that WP:WAX does not highlight this but it does. Gaga's own "The Edge of Glory" was released as a promotional single digitally, and was later switched to official status once "Judas" flopped. So I hope this clears any doubt you had, you can also ask the other user you had been edit warring with to read this and end this for all. Now I will get back to my work, thank you. —Indian:BIO · [ ChitChat ] 06:16, 28 October 2013 (UTC)
- Um please see the definition of a promotional single in the lead of said article. Do not start with the WP:OR on what a promotional single is when we have an article that says what they are, which is free releases or iTunes countdown/pre-order releases. As I have said WP:OTHERCRAPEXISTS. STATic message me! 06:29, 28 October 2013 (UTC)
- I knew your retort would be to point to that sadly backdated article from the 90s when promo singles were free. Not the case now, and if you have a better understanding and better source ala Billboard, Rolling Stone, NME, BBC, Interview, Q, RPM etc, I would be happy to see that. Until then, please don't post here instead this is the page you are looking for, which you should have done incidentally. —Indian:BIO · [ ChitChat ] 06:35, 28 October 2013 (UTC)

User Static Vapor still keeps changing Venus from Promotional single to the third single even though it is not the third single and you told him several times to stop changing it. What should we do about this?....he doesn't seem to understand that a song released for purchase does not automatically make it a single.Justiceforvenus (talk) 15:57, 29 October 2013 (UTC)
static part 2
I'm also afraid he will do the same thing next week when the final promo single get released on iTunes and Amazon on November 4. He will start calling it the fourth single and there weill be an edit war all over again. Also, he is doing the same thing with Emiems's The Marshall Mathers LP 2 album, with the two promo singles Survival and Rap God, he is calling them the second and third singles, when "The Monster" featuring Rihanna has been released as the second single. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Justiceforvenus (talk • contribs) 16:27, 29 October 2013 (UTC)
Roar (song) writers and producers
Hello Indian:BIO,
It's better to use the artistic names of songwriters and producers in the context of a song, which is the case of "Roar"; besides, it's better for consistency not to use real names and artistic names at the same time, or else some readers might think there are more people involved in the making of a song than is the case. Imagine, for example, if we also added Karl Martin Sandberg (real name) instead of Max Martin, PLUS Max Martin in the same article. It just becomes too chaotic. I think what happened is that you saw some real names being used on a website, but that was a mistake. That's fine for biographies but not in these situations. By the way, thanks for correcting the Cirkut link (I did not address that until later, but my edit was not recorded since you beat me to it). All the best... Dontreader (talk) 05:52, 25 October 2013 (UTC)
- (edit conflict) Hmm I did not understand the first part of your message. I essentially really don't care what name is being added, I just corrected a piping. Anyways if you think the naming convention needs discussion, please raise it in the talk page. —Indian:BIO · [ ChitChat ] 05:57, 25 October 2013 (UTC)
- You probably didn't understand because I wrote this message on the wrong talk page. I meant to tell the user who inserted some real names of the makers of the song. It's been a long day. Sorry about that. If my edit gets reverted I'll bring it up on the talk page, as you suggested, but I think you'll agree it's common sense to keep the names consistent and to use the artistic names because they have those artistic names for a reason. Dontreader (talk) 06:04, 25 October 2013 (UTC)

- My edit got reverted, so I raised the issue on the talk page two days ago, but no one has responded. Could you please help me out there? I'm willing to compromise on the exact names that should be used, but common sense dictates that we cannot use two names for the same person in the writers and producers credits, as if they were different people. Here's the direct link:
- Many thanks in advance, and again I'm sorry for the confusion the other day (I was half asleep, but now I'm "Wide Awake") Dontreader (talk) 06:27, 30 October 2013 (UTC)

False Claims
Regarding the messages you left on my talk page: No, I did NOT remove reliable sources or blank content or anything As I have mentioned, the sources I removed are known to frequently distort/fabricate/lie about things. For example, when Demi Lovato's estranged biological factor passed away in June 2013, "PopCrush" gave the impression they were close when in fact the two hardly ever spoke after her parents divorced and on numerous occasions made clear that she had no interest in connecting with him. As for "Huffington Post", they insisted through a series of posts that Katy Perry was feuding with her friend Rihanna when in fact this was never the case and they've always been close pals. Huffington Post has also made multiple claims that Katy's parents were ashamed of what she grew up to be when Katy has emphasized again and again that all of her family in fact has alway been very supportive and proud of her. It also has a reputation for skewing political issues, such as the death penalty and murders of ethnic minorities, to favor liberals. As for "Daily Mail", it is a tabloid thus unreliable to begin with. Its lies include immigration rates, effects of marijuana, and other political issues. Callung any of those sources "reliable" is like saying Pilgrims didn't take over the land of Native Americans or that Walt Disney never had any interest in animation. Please stop falsely accusing me of things I didn't do, especially when in one "Dope" edit I was simply rephrasing some sentences without removing any sources. XXSNUGGUMSXX (talk) 14:54, 10 November 2013 (UTC)
- I have no clue what you are saying except rambling on and on. All of these assumptions, I repeat, all, are your fabricated ideas andI'm not willing to buy any of those. You are not a reliable source for these and I would rely on third party rather than on a Wikipedia user. As for falsely accusing you, lemme list them. You have continuously removed non-breaking spaces and accessdate parameters from articles. See here, here and here and you were giving the reason as "rephrasing". Just stop lying and own up to your errors. —Indian:BIO · [ ChitChat ] 17:16, 10 November 2013 (UTC)
- I never claimed to be a reliable source myself, I was simply giving reasons for why the sources mentioned above are not reliable. They have all frequently reported disproven lies. At the very least, please do not make patronizing descriptions such as "idiotic removals" or saying "Eww" regarding sources. Not sure why one would use sources that are known for frequently lying. Do you think it's time to start expanding Lady Gaga and the Muppets' Holiday Spectacular, or will someone just nominate the article for deletion for being started too early? The redirect has hidden text to start the article. I think there is plenty of information to start expanding the article, including background info such as Gaga's first Thanksgiving special and previous collaborations with The Muppets. The special will air in a week. --Another Believer (Talk) 18:32, 20 November 2013 (UTC)

Speedy deletion declined: Call Me On The Ouija Board
Hello IndianBio. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Call Me On The Ouija Board, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: I have no idea how this is either a hoax or vandalism. Thank you. Martijn Hoekstra (talk) 15:59, 30 November 2013 (UTC)
Lady Gaga and the Muppets' Holiday Spectacular
The additions I did were an expansion to the plot of the Lady Gaga and the Muppets' Holiday Spectacular that was shown last night since nobody else did a full detailed plot yet. Rtkat3 (talk) 12:33, November 29 2013 (UTC)
- You are grossly violating Wikipedia's No original research policy. All of that you added needs reliable sources, if you can provide that, you can add it. This is the third time I have had to revert you and consequently warn you. Please understand this. —Indian:BIO · [ ChitChat ] 17:35, 29 November 2013 (UTC)
- The only other sources were from the TV special itself and the Muppet Wiki. Rtkat3 (talk) 12:36, November 29 2013 (UTC)
- Wiki is unacceptable. —Indian:BIO · [ ChitChat ] 17:39, 29 November 2013 (UTC)

IndianBio, do you have any interest in working together to expand this article to GA status? --Another Believer (Talk) 17:09, 1 December 2013 (UTC)
- Sure, however you need to give me some time to work on some of the GAs I had developed which did not pass nomination. —Indian:BIO · [ ChitChat ] 05:49, 2 December 2013 (UTC)
- No problem! --Another Believer (Talk) 15:58, 2 December 2013 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for December 3
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Artpop, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page The Birth of Venus (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Release dates
Hi IndianBio, I was wondering, what are the guidelines when dealing with the text "(See release history)" included in the "released" field of an album or single's infobox? Both Template:Infobox album and Template:Infobox single say that the earliest known date should be the only date mentioned but say nothing about directing a reader to the release history section from the infobox. Thanks. Acalamari 09:36, 4 December 2013 (UTC)
- Well @Acalamari:, WP:IBX it advises against using any reference or redirect from the infobox, if the content being tagged is actually sourced within the article body. —Indian:BIO · [ ChitChat ] 10:12, 4 December 2013 (UTC)
- Excellent, thank you! :) Acalamari 10:17, 4 December 2013 (UTC)
ArtRave
Do you think there is enough info about this event for a separate article? --Another Believer (Talk) 17:26, 11 November 2013 (UTC)
- Thankfully no. —Indian:BIO · [ ChitChat ] 17:53, 11 November 2013 (UTC)
Well, actually, I am working on an article for the event now. Feel free to contribute if you are interested. Between the concert, press conference, app demonstrations and other announcements, I think there is plenty of material and certainly enough press coverage. --Another Believer (Talk) 18:44, 4 December 2013 (UTC)
Do What U Want
Hi IndianBio. The article has an incorrect Korean sales figure so I've left a comment on its talk page :) And you're Indian? Me too. Good job on Gaga articles. You remind me of someone who worked on her articles before and used to be my mentor and bhaiyya :) ごだい (会話) 15:00, 11 November 2013 (UTC)
- Hi Ryoga, thanks for notifying me about the article and the source. And sorry for the misnomer, I'm not Indian, my nationality is from Sri Lanka, but stay here in Bangalore and Mangalore. And bhaiya means "brother"? —Indian:BIO · [ ChitChat ] 15:09, 11 November 2013 (UTC)
- No problem :) I didn't change it myself because I didn't know if the source was used elsewhere. And you can call me Maghu (or Mags). It's my nickname :) Ryoga is just a name I adopted because I am obsessed with anime and manga lol. And, you're from Sri Lanka? Sorry! Well, do you know Tamil then? Bhaiyya means brother, yes. It's because I (and many others) respected him so much :) ごだい (会話) 16:23, 11 November 2013 (UTC)
- Oh ok, nice to know you Mags. :) Also, I would really like if you could update the article with the GAON data you pasted in the talk page. :)
- Nice to know you too :) Would you mind if I update the article tomorrow? My eyes are a little heavy at the moment. I've been studying all day for an exam lol. ごだい (会話) 17:07, 11 November 2013 (UTC)
- Sure, if i get a chance, I will update it today though. —Indian:BIO · [ ChitChat ] 17:13, 11 November 2013 (UTC)

The "DWUW" article sure looks great. This should have no problem getting upgraded to GA status, once some time has passed. Well done! --Another Believer (Talk) 18:09, 11 December 2013 (UTC)
- Thanks @Another Believer:, hope you are also looking after it. Very soon I will start developing the Muppets, ArtRave and Volantis articles, along with Aura and Venus. Just need some time. —Indian:BIO · [ ChitChat ] 05:44, 12 December 2013 (UTC)
- Looking forward! --Another Believer (Talk) 16:12, 12 December 2013 (UTC)
