Before you tag any more pages for speedy deletion, please review Criteria for Speedy Deletion so you know what the criteria are and what name space they apply to. These are agreed-upon criteria set up by the Wikipedia community. You can not just ask for any old page to be deleted and have it deleted. Please learn the criteria and when they apply.

I do not know which admin you think has reviewed it. It was first denied, and then you moved it into the mainspace. From there it was tagged for notability, which you removed, then tagged for WP:PROD, which again you removed by you, when the WP:Prod was re-added, another editor removed the PROD based on policy and not based on a review. This article should go through the WP:AFC so an editor that has experience in determining if an article is ready for the mainspace has a chance to review it. I don't see how you can do a page move without knowing what you're doing unless you're incompetent, in which case you shouldn't be editing here.
