Creating autobiographies[edit]
Please do not write or add to an article about yourself. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to an existing article about yourself, please propose the changes on its talk page. Copyright problem: Jayant Maru[edit]
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! We welcome and appreciate your contributions, such as Jayant Maru, but we regretfully cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from either web sites or printed material. This article appears to contain material copied from http://stagebrief.co.ug/news-and-reviews/2014/EXCLUSIVE-Jayant-Maru-Talks-K3NT-and-KAT3-in-Interview.html and other sources, and therefore to constitute a violation of Wikipedia's copyright policies. The copyrighted text has been or will soon be deleted. While we appreciate contributions, we must require all contributors to understand and comply with our copyright policy. Wikipedia and copyright[edit]
Hello Jaimar123, and welcome to Wikipedia. Your addition to Jayant Maru has had to be removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material without permission from the copyright holder. While we appreciate your contributing to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from your sources to avoid copyright or plagiarism issues here.
- You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and a cited source.
