Copyright problem: Bollywood films of 2011
[edit]Your addition to Bollywood films of 2011 has had to be removed, as I'm afraid that it is inconsistent with the advice of the Wikimedia Foundation attorney for dealing with the copyrighted list by Box Office India. As you are a new contributor, it's very likely that you aren't aware of this issue, but we do ask that you try to keep an eye out for notices. In this case, the article contains a note when you edit it that says:
There is also a note visible when you edit the section - which you must have seen, as you removed it - which says:

Please do not restore the list. We are not able to use it, as Box Office India has so far refused to grant permission. If you restore this content, it may be necessary to block this account. , but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Moonriddengirl (talk) 16:19, 21 November 2011 (UTC)- You were told above why we do not have the list of top grossing films and cautioned that restoring the list would result in the block of your account. Please do not put the list back into the article again, as it may result in the permanent block of your account. Our attorney says we may not use it. Unless that changes, the list cannot be included in the article. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 16:23, 21 November 2011 (UTC)
