Hi there, I see you're wanting to re-create Shoaib Tantray - please do get started on that, as an article talk page without a corresponding article is liable to be deleted under CSD G8 -- samtar talk or stalk 13:11, 11 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Shoaib Tantray

[edit]

You are welcome to write an article about Shoaib Tantray, if you can show that he is notable in Wikipedia's sense - more about that below.

I have deleted what you wrote on the talk page - better to have the conversation here because I suggest that, rather than post an article directly, you use WP:Articles for creation to make a draft. That will give you the option to send it, when it is ready, for review by an experienced user, who will either accept it or give you feedback. If you post it directly and it is not suitable, it may be deleted.

So that you do not waste your time, please understand that Wikipedia is not a social-networking site for people to write about themselves or their friends or family; as an encyclopedia, it is quite choosy about subjects for articles. The test for inclusion is called Wikipedia:Notability and looks for references showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." Significant means more than just listing-type mentions; reliable excludes Youtube, Facebook, blogs, places where anyone can post anything; independent excludes the subject's own website, affiliated ones and anything based on press releases. The test is, have people not connected with the subject thought him significant or important enough to write substantial comment about? See also Wikipedia:Notability (summary) and WP:Notability (people).

If you want to go ahead, read WP:Your first article for advice. JohnCD (talk) 14:37, 11 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Sabbah Haji has been reverted.
Your edit here to Sabbah Haji was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (https://www.definitereacher.wordpress.com/) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 18:56, 22 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, Thanks for your article about Breswana. I made some formatting and copy edits to the article. In addition, the gallery that you had in the infobox was impressive (I know how tricky it is to get that formatted correctly). Unfortunately, the number of images is a bit too much, per WP:IDD. See Talk:Breswana where I copied the template and images.—CaroleHenson(talk) 00:43, 31 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
