Speedy deletion nomination of Big Blue Systems & Storage International, LLC

[edit]

Hello Jcoleburn,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Big Blue Systems & Storage International, LLC for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Danielj2705 (talk) 22:46, 19 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a search with the contents of Big Blue Systems & Storage International, LLC, and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: Big Blue Systems & Storage International, LLC. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. CorenSearchBot (talk) 23:04, 19 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I have added a Under Construction tag to your article. Please note I will be checking again soon, and unfortunately that tag cannot remain if no editing it taking place. The article must be fully completed to avoid it being deleted. Danielj2705 (talk) 23:36, 19 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Copied from the article talk page in case it gets deleted before you see it there: If you want to avoid deletion, then show that the company meets Wikipedia's notability standards for companies, for a start. My initial search found zero hits for any verifiable coverage by any reliable sources that are independent of the company itself. Without these sources, there is nothing upon which we can base an encyclopedia article. Given that you are apparently also one of the principals of the company, please also see the guidelines on conflict of interest. --Finngall talk 00:08, 20 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Big Blue Systems & Storage International, LLC requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here.
