Best Thing I Never Had

Hello there. My intention was not to create an edit war or something like that. I just thought it would be nice to use a different chart template (which is widely used in Wiki pages of singles). I didn't know this issue was discussed "countless times", i just thought it would be better to use the particular chart template because it looks better without the annoying "Singles chart" titles, that's all. I'd say Run the World was ready for GAN now. But you need to go through the references, because a lot of them are formatted in different way and aren't consistent, especially in the Live performance section, otherwise it will fail. Calvin • 999 17:11, 20 July 2011 (UTC)

Haha, I KNEW it lol. Well, to be honest, I don't like the color of her skin in the photo. It is not her natural skin tone. Look here on her wedding day, she is actually very light skinned (she often wears bronzers and gold tone creams. But I like her natural! Wow, you are now finishing high school? Or summer school? I actually now have some free time on my hands, which is why I've been extra active in trying to convert MC's discography to GA. How come you guys won't even investigate my sources, they are both the billboard. This is a routine calculation. Two numbers from the same source added together dosen't violate any rules. Billboard.com=Billboard.biz. You just have to pay for most of the charts on billboard.biz and billboard.com only has a few charts some of which are just top 25 or 40 however they are identical to the charts on billboard.biz and numbers are from the same source Neilsen Soundscan. According to Neilsen Soundscan Speak Now sold 2,960,000 in 2010 http://www.billboard.com/#/news/eminem-s-recovery-is-2010-s-best-selling-1004137895.story also according Neilsen Soundscan it sold 563,000 in the first half of 2011 http://www.billboard.biz/bbbiz/industry/retail/top-selling-albums-of-2011-so-far-1005267092.story so it MUST have sold at least 3,523,000 so far. Toa, yes, if Fox News says "Box Reporting Internationl counted 15 boxes sold by Acme Box Company in 1997" in one article and CBS News says "Box Reporting International counted 20 boxes sold by Acme Box Company in 1998", I can say "Acme Box Company sold 35 boxes in 1997-1998" and cite that to Fox News and CBS News. No problem per WP:SYNTH#Routine calculations. The units are compatible, the measurements are consistent, time periods don't overlap. "I Was Here" must be a single. They need to release a ballad from 4. RTW and BTINH are up and mid-tempos, and Countdown and EOT will be released sometime. "Party" might be released, as it's picking up on US urban radio. If the labels plan on releasing anything from the bonus CD, it will be "Schoolin' Life", but I doubt they will. BTW, I just copyedited "DIL" and I think you need to learn the meaning of "flagrant". Also it is very poor grammar to write "derives genres from..."; rather reword or rephrase as "is derived from the genres of...". —Andrewstalk 09:57, 27 July 2011 (UTC)
Thanks for that flagrant thing. Be serious Andrew, you want IWH as a single in the US. There is no way it will smash radios. I am surprised at how radios are embracing "Party". Two rhythmic stations added it to their playlist today. "Countdown" will work for sure. I love EOT although i see many Wikipedians hate it to death. "Schooling Life" will get a release for sure because Beyonce does not care if its a bonus track or no (Remember "Ego"?) and most importantly because she is working on its choreography for a certain show to be held on July. So you get "Halo" vibes from IWH? A big fat No for me. I get "Halo" vibes from "I Miss You". Releasing IWH in Europe will be good but NOT in the US. Radio in the US sucks for the time being. People like more of the generic sound that Pitbull and Britney produce except Adele. But guess what? Even Adele is losing airplay and it seems neither "Someone Like You" nor "Set Fire To The Rain" is picking up well on radios. It seems "Rolling in the Deep" is being sent to urban radios. "1+1" is not a single just like "Why Don't You Love Me". The video is just a treat to fans. I am eager to see the video. Imagine Beyonce kissing Jay-Z in the video. Jivesh! My wikipedia-friend! :] I am excellent. I got back from Greece on Thursday, but I wanted to wait a while before getting back in the mundane routine :p. But I'm actually happy to be back! 4 was the soundtrack to my entire vacation! And "I Was Here" really left an impact on me, which is why I wanna do a sandbox first, because I want this to be perfect! I swear its like Queen/King Bey knew that i would fall in "like" during this trip than have my heart broken and grow during this trip! I can't even begin to explain! Hahahahaaa! I saw! I had very little wifi while in Greece, but I would occasionally check the usual, and i came across a news article "Beyonce #1!" and i literally screamed!!! A three week premature leak, and two unsuccessful singles and she still manages to garner that #1?? for two weeks! I was never so proud! :p And yes the album is truly amazing! My least favorites used to be "Party" and "Love on Top" but that surely changed within a week! :D

Important Message To All My Friends

I am currently revising for my final exams (to be held in October and November 2011). I have decided that I have to make some sacrifices to get the good results i want and one of the things i will have to sacrifice is Wikipedia. I will stop editing as from August 15, 2011. Double voice

Hi Jivesh. Yes of course. Mariah has been doing it for years. It is a "double-voice". Its when you pile your vocals on top of each other (not the best wording), one being in a lower key than the other. Listen to "Bye Bye" by Mariah and you'll see its like that there as well. Beyonce has her lower singing as the main vocals, while the higher notes accentuate them. In the end you hear both together, but the high one stands out a bit. I don't get you. That doesn't make SENSE AT ALL. Does she have credits on those soundtracks, every song?! NO! So how could it have to be changed to her album? There's an infobox for studio albums, and there's one for soundtrack albums. Just because soundtrack singles might not do as good, THEY ARE STILL SINGLES. There's no such thing as a "soundtrack single". Madonna singles discography, Avril Lavigne discography are two I can think of at the top of my head that include singles from a soundtrack in the singles section. Let me know also if you want a better or different image once you watch it. I can upload any part of the video you want :D. Hmmm, yes I do. Let me explain. In my opinion, only lead singles and culturally important of just very popular songs should have a four paragraph lead. Many albums don't even have them. So for a song that barely charted, and was only performed live, what, maybe twice (on television), I think three is more than enough. Try to have main info (release date, producers, writers, lyrics) on the first paragraph. Then reception, and chart success on the second. Hi Jivesh. I'm taking the liberty of explaining how to differentiate between the different ref templates. So listen up. Look at The Emancipation of Mimi at ref #11, and ref #4 on 1+1. See the difference? Aside from the location parameter, you have it as "<reph>{{cite news" this will make "Prometheus Global Media" appear in parenthesis (again, see the difference). This is incorrect. We only use the "Cite news" template for newspapers (#s 13, 15, 21 etc.). #s 9 and 11 for example, are websites, so they should be "<reph> {{cite web". Understand? Wrong. {{Cite news}} can also be used for any news related items. For eg: This link is a news published by PGM in Billboard, hence use {{cite news}}. But this is a web only source, hence use {{cite web}}. I am also intrigued. According, {{cite news}} "is used to cite sources in Wikipedia. It is intended specifically for news sources. For citing journals/magazines and websites, see {{Cite journal}} and {{Cite web}}, respectively." But news sources is vague so that template perhaps could be used for news items in a website. Yes it is a 30 second sample. Actually, I thought that for a 6 minute song, we could upload a 34/35 second sample. But, I saw this at WP:SAMPLE: "As a rule of thumb, samples should not exceed 30 seconds or 10% of the length of the original song, whichever is shorter." That's why I uploaded a 30 second sample.
