"Articles generally require significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the topic" (see WP:42). Interviews and social media post are not independent reliable sources. Also most of the content is unsourced KylieTastic (talk) 21:23, 8 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I'd prefer to respond to your email here; I'm not entirely sure what your intended result was for your edits at Spencer Charnas. my intent was to create a new article /wiki/spencer_charnas

but it was getting redirected to /wiki/ice_nine_kills

Got it--I would say that the issue was that you simultaneously put a WP:RFD template on the article at the same time as creating the new article. You should have just created the article without worrying about RFD. You can go ahead and recreate the article, but be aware of WP:BANDMEMBER--unless you can demonstrate that Charnas meets WP:GNG independent of their work in Ice Nine Kills (i.e., identify multiple independent, secondary sources that discuss Charnas's work *outside* Ice Nine Kills in significant detail), a separate article will not be kept. _signed,Rosguill ^talk 19:22, 1 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
