That seems highly problematic from a WP:BLPCRIME point of view. Boyle doesn't appear to be a high-profile individual, and he hasn't been convicted of any crimes so far, for all I can tell. So that's basically mongering harmful rumors and allegations. Huon (talk) 16:04, 30 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The page is currently discussed at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:JoshuaBoyleIsAwesome/Joshua Boyle sexual assault cases. The discussion will determine how best to handle this information. Personally I'm very, very skeptical about whether it has a place on Wikipedia at all. Given the nature of these allegations and the fact that Boyle currently is not convicted of a crime and thus should enjoy the presumption of innocence, I'd advise you to await the outcome of the discussion before putting the information anywhere else on Wikipedia, including talk pages. CheckUser evidence has determined that this user account has been or may be used abusively. It has been blocked indefinitely to prevent abuse.

Administrators: CheckUsers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy, and therefore must be consulted before this block can be removed. Administrators undoing checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser risk having their administrator rights removed by the Arbitration Committee (per this announcement).

@Geo Swan: To some extent I can be quite specific. This account was operated by the same person operating the LovelyGirl7 and AtwalFan101 accounts, and a person recently tagging themselves as LovelyGirl7. There's a number of other accounts. I believe there are older accounts, but you'd need to ask me specifically (and probably by email) if you need me to dredge up those details, which I might not disclose. -- zzuuzz ^(talk) 05:25, 22 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Last year I acquired two wikistalkers, or at least two wikistalkers, two were indefinitely blocked (for infractions unrelated to me), both then resorted to using anonymous IP addresses to get around their blocks. One was CommotioCerebri, the other was World's Lamest Critic.
World's Lamest Critic continues to harass me, on the commons. He or she has denied that he or she is behind any of the rogue anonymous IPs that have harassed me. But I frankly don't believe them. Is it possible for a checkuser to span both en.wiki and commons.
