Language Question

[edit]

It appears that you have a difficult time expressing yourself in English, and that English may not be your first language. Rather than trying to contribute to the English Wikipedia, have you considered contributing to the version of Wikipedia in your first language? Robert McClenon (talk) 01:52, 1 August 2016 (UT

english is my first language, although i speak french, gaelic, italian, and spanish also.

what makes you discern that my grasp of english is questionable???

A few things

[edit]

It might help to imagine that each page on this site is a room. User talk pages (like this one) would be that user's office. The Wikipedia:Teahouse would be a lobby connecting everyone's office. So, if you wanted to leave a message for Robert McClenon, the best place to do that would be at User talk:Robert McClenon, not the Teahouse.

You might want to try WP:The Wikipedia Adventure. It is a tutorial that explains how to edit articles on this site.

Also, could you explain more about your advertising, and what exactly you need to accomplish here in relation to that?
