Since this does not appear to be an exact copy of information available elsewhere on the web, I didn't flag the article as a definite copyright violation, although someone else could do that. Also, because the article makes assertions about living people, someone might flag it for deletion for another reason. In any case, you'd be informed of what you can do.

Does it mean that this has been released under a Wikipedia compatible licence? Or has it been released under the public domain? To add to the message above, you have been repeatedly trying to add a link to a file which does not exist. Under a number of other accounts and IPs you have been trying to add mentions of someone called Neville Bardoliwalla whom you have been referring to as "Sir" and as "KBE". I see no evidence of such an honour for someone of that name, but in any case there is no obvious reason for referring to him in this article.
