About your userpage...[edit]

Greetings! Welcome to Wikipedia! Please note that the community has a pretty stringent vetting process for prospective administrators. Since you have not gone through it (and the age of your account means you would likely not be approved), could I ask you to please remove the User:EVula/Userboxes/admin since tag from your talk page? It gives the false impression that you are an admin. Thank you. —C.Fred (talk) 01:54, 18 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion tags[edit]

Lifesaver, anyone except the page creator can remove a speedy deletion. If this happens do not restore it. Speedy deletion is only for circumstances where no reasonable person would agree that the page should stay - if an editor other than the creator removes the tag, it means that at least one person has doubts. If you feel such pages should be deleted, you need to start discussion at articles for deletion. Oiyarbepsy (talk) 02:53, 18 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Nomination of Lagniappe Films for deletion[edit]

Greetings! I see you've tagged Lagniappe Films for a deletion discussion, but you haven't started it yet. Do you need some assistance starting WP:Articles for deletion/Lagniappe Films? —C.Fred (talk) 03:25, 18 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Your user page[edit]

Hello, Lifesavers2004! I'm glad you are interested in editing Wikipedia, but please remove the userbox claiming to be an administrator from your userpage. You're not an administrator. And falsely claiming to be one is a bad idea all the way around. --MelanieN (talk) 04:49, 18 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

P.S. Oh, I see that you were warned about this already by User:C.Fred. Sorry for the duplicate notice, but it is important. --MelanieN (talk) 05:17, 18 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding speedy deletion A7 tags to this article.

You know that at least one other editor (who is not the article creator) believes in good faith that there is a credible claim of significance in the article. I am telling you now that I as a second good-faith editor also believe that there is a credible claim of significance.

It would be inappropriate and disruptive for you to add the tag again. By all means send it to AfD if you like, but this isn't a speedy deletion case.

Cheers,

Thparkth (talk) 15:23, 18 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, talk pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at User talk:Adam9007, is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Even making spelling and grammatical corrections in others' comments is generally frowned upon, as it tends to irritate the users whose comments you are correcting. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. In this edit, you added text to a remark signed by Adam9007 that he did not make.

Beyond that, your claim in your edit summary is incorrect: Adam9007 is not the creator of the article in question, so he is certainly within his rights to remove the speedy delete tag.C.Fred (talk) 15:31, 18 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Adam9007 certainly seems to be getting picked on today... Fortuna Imperatrix Mundi 15:53, 18 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Links to articles[edit]

Even if Venture Forth goes on to be deleted, please leave the link in place while the deletion discussion is ongoing. Best case, somebody follows the link, finds some reliable sources, and expands the article out to a good one. —C.Fred (talk) 00:50, 19 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Marshall Adult Education requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. GABHello! 00:05, 24 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Contest this speedy deletion, which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Disambiguation link notification for March 25[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Red Crown Productions, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Three Little Words. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
