Notice
[edit]This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.
You have recently shown interest in living or recently deceased people, and edits relating to the subject (living or recently deceased) of such biographical articles. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect: any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or any page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.
For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

Information
[edit]Do not change your talk page posts after a response. It interrupts the flow of the discussion and could alter the perception of any responses. Tiderolls 17:47, 9 November 2018 (UTC)
- Light Millennia, I also welcome you to Wikipedia. What Tide rolls is referring to above, comes from Wikipedia:Talk page guidelines, in particular, WP:REDACT. You can edit your own posts on a talk page *before* anyone has responded to it, but once someone has responded, please no more changes, additions, or deletions, per WP:REDACT. Thanks, and again: welcome! Mathglot (talk) 20:14, 8 December 2018 (UTC)
- @Mathglot: OK & thanks for your welcome! Light Millennia (talk) 22:08, 8 December 2018 (UTC)
Please understand that you are jeopardizing your editing privilege by edit warring at this article. 3RR does not entitle an editor to four reverts. Likewise, discussing the changes on talk is not a license to continue reverting. You have been reverted by two editors now. Please stop until consensus is reached. I know you have been warned before for edit warring but I am listing the relevant policies and guidelines because it's imperative that you understand. WP:Edit warring, WP:BOLD, revert, discuss cycle and WP:Consensus. Tiderolls 19:56, 9 December 2018 (UTC)
- @Tide rolls: Yes, that's the cycle I'm going with: Be bold; maximum 3 reverts a day; discuss. I asked earlier if the 3RR applies to multiple days, but nobody has replied yet. Light Millennia (talk) 08:58, 10 December 2018 (UTC)
- Either you are misunderstanding the policy or you haven't read it. 3RR is simply a bright line established to determine disruption. It's possible to edit war without breaking 3RR. You have reached tbat point. If you revert again without a consensus being reached your account will be blocked. Tiderolls 10:35, 10 December 2018 (UTC)
- Addendum. I posted the above before I saw the ANEW report. It's possible a different admin could block your account based on that report. Tiderolls 11:37, 10 December 2018 (UTC)

[edit]This account has been blocked indefinitely as a sock puppet that was created to violate Wikipedia policy. Note that using multiple accounts is allowed, but using them for illegitimate reasons is not, and that all edits made while evading a block or ban may be reverted or deleted. If this account is not a sock puppet, and you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}} below. — Berean Hunter (talk) 13:13, 12 December 2018 (UTC) |

Request reason:
@Berean Hunter: I'm using a VPN for personal reasons, though no one ever told me it's not allowed. Regarding Willschmut, I have no connection to them. Light Millennia (talk) 17:55, 12 December 2018 (UTC)
Decline reason:
As per below, the connection is firmly established. Yamla (talk) 16:55, 14 December 2018 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- For the reviewing admins, I blocked 13zmz13 at the same time as another sock of Willschmut. They have used the same IP as the above account and on a similar device. zzuuzz, I did not make these checkuser blocks but you may want to check anyway since you seem to be the most familiar with Willschmut.
— Berean Hunter (talk) 23:22, 13 December 2018 (UTC)- Proxies aside, the CU is persuasive. Combined with the proxies and the same behaviour (in many respects), it's a duck as far as I'm concerned. -- zzuuzz (talk) 23:52, 13 December 2018 (UTC)
- Thank you zzuuzz. I did find Hi.Kom a few minutes ago which also looks confirmed to 13zmz13. DatSnekBoi is also likely.
