Minor edits

Don't mark edits like this as "minor" as you may be seen as trying to evade scrutiny. The definition of a minor edit is one that no other editor would disagree with. I certainly disagree that the phrase "authorisation with restrictions" constitutes a proper noun, and therefore it should not be capitalised on Wikipedia. If you want to make the case that is a proper noun, then take it to the article talk page. --RexxS (talk) 00:59, 20 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
